Children’s Ministry
Nursery (Birth to age 5)
Babies and toddlers are always welcome to remain with you in worship. However, we know that sometimes parents just need a little break. On Sunday mornings and during special events during the week we offer a staffed nursery. All nursery attendants have had background checks and training in care for young children.
Worship
We believe it is important for families to be able to worship together. We also know that your kids may need something to do during the pastor’s message. During our Journey Worship Service in the Journey Café, we offer:
- Family seating around tables
- Children's Message
- Picture Bibles and storybooks
- Dedicated children's activity corner
Music & More Club
Music and More is expanding this year and moving to Wednesdays starting at 6:00 pm. The program is open to kids in Kindergarten - 8th grade with two music groups and incorporating a kid friendly supper (at 5:30), and new fun opportunities.
- Sing, dance, and play Orff instruments and handbells!
- Yummy food for you and your family
- Bible stories, crafts, drama, science exploration!
Time Travel Camp (July 19 - 23, 2026)
Join us for Time Travel Camp VBS in Summer 2026. The week of July 19, we will be time traveling back to Ancient Babylon in the time of King Nebuchadnezzar II of Babylon and King Cyrus the Great of Persia. We'll visit with Daniel each day to hear stories about what it was like to live as an exile in a foreign country, and of course find out about surviving the lion's den!
Each day kids will:
- Sing together
- See and hear bible stories in action
- Play games kids might have played in Bible times
- Visit the marketplace for snacks and crafts
