With the turn of a new year we often do a little rethinking, a little re-imagining, a little recalculating, and maybe make some new plans. Let’s see if the scriptures have some tools as we recalculate the directions we are taking.

“The Chosen” Bible Studies
Want to dig a little deeper into “The Chosen?” Pastor Sally is offering two Bible studies to supplement the Sunday sermon series. The Monday Night Bible Study will actually view the episodes from season four each week in the Journey Coffeehouse and then discuss the film and related scripture passages in small groups around tables. Participants in the Wednesday Morning Bible Study will watch the films ahead of time at home and discuss the episode and related scripture passages together when they gather .

“The Chosen,” a Lenten Sermon Series
Pastor Sally is again taking a deep dive with us into season 4 of the film series, “The Chosen” which can be seen on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Each week during Lent, in the Sunday morning sermon, we will explore the biblical themes presented in season four of the “The Chosen.” Join us each Sunday for this unusual series during one of our morning worship services!
